I’m assuming you’re asking about a picture I’ve posted, although I’m not sure which one so I can’t give you a very detailed answer since I don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. Generally when you stack layers of a layer cake you start by leveling all the layers (so they aren’t domed or puffy on the top), spread or pipe a filling, and lay them one on top of the other.
